PURCHASE DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE OF SERVICES Hampshire Sheriff’s Office is in need of a contract to furnish Grocery, Frozen Foods, and Paper Products as needed to the Hampshire Sheriff’s Office/Hampshire County Jail and House of Correction. The contract will be in effect from March 22, 2025 through September 21, 2025. A contract resulting from this bid is intended to be a price agreement and does not constitute any commitment to actual quantity. All items must meet the specifications as outlined in the bid sheets. All items ordered must be packaged in excellent condition at the time of delivery. Substandard packaging will be subject to return for immediate credit. Habitual delivery of inferior product may cause termination of contract.
