• Contractor shall furnish all materials and labor for installation. • Contractor shall provide all necessary supplies and equipment necessary. • Contractor is required to examine the work site prior to submitting their proposal to obtain measurements and fully understand the scope of work. The facility is open for inspection from 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. • Two coats of Sherwin Williams commercial grade paint (or equivalent). • The areas that the Owner desires to be painted include the interior walls (primarily stucco material) and trim work (including door & window frames) are: o Main Lobby Area (excluding wooden doors and aluminum exterior doors and door frames) o Three offices off of the main lobby area o Ball Room including upper gypsum walls and exposed duct work (excluding aluminum window frames, exposed beams, wooden doors and exterior door frames) o Hallways off of main lobby and back hall on the north side of the building o Conference Room currently occupied by the Chamber of Commerce o Upper borders/trim work in lobby, ball room & halls.
