A. Murals will be on plywood or a similar material to be provided by the City. The CCD and City will work with the selected Proposer(s) to determine what material will be best for the project. B. Murals are to be painted in the successful Proposer(s) studio and shall be protected with varnish that can withstand severe weather conditions. C. Restroom 1 is located on Harlow Street near the Bangor Public Library, and Restroom 2 is located on Broad Street near the Waterfront. D. Each restroom has available space for the proposed artwork as follows: 1. Two (2) side panels – 108 in. (9 ft) long x 78 in. (6.5 ft) high 2. One (1) back panel – 72 in. (6 ft) long x 50 in. (4 ft) high E. Proposer(s) will be encouraged, but not required, to participate in at least one (1) associated program and/or artist talk in the two (2) months following the final installation.
