During the term of this contract, the Contractor shall perform but not be limited to the below listed tasks. All services performed by the awarded contractor shall meet the manufacturer’s maintenance requirements for the make and model being serviced. Absence of the task in the specifications below does not relieve the contractor from performing as required in order to keep the equipment in proper condition so as not to void any warranties. If needed, the owner will provide the contractor with any and all generator manuals, when requested. 1. Eleven (11) monthly minor pm inspections for each generator per year. 2. One (1) annual major pm inspection/testing for each generator per year. 3. Each generator shall be tagged with company name, inspection date and technician’s name (legible). 4. Appropriate contract discounts/markups must be applied (i.e. 10% markup, net contractor’s cost, etc.) The LHA will not accept any markup over 15%. Manufacturer discounts and rebates for any parts used on behalf of the LHA must be applied to the LHA invoice.
