• LV Contractor to provide one (1) year parts and labor warranty on all cable, fiber, parts and accessories. • LV Contractor shall work cooperatively with and adhere to the General Contractor (AC Schommer’s) schedule and timelines. Changes to scope or issues shall be directed to County for answers. • LV Contractor to provide and install all parts & wiring per floor plans and instructions. • LV Contractor to provide and install ALL raceways, conduits, boxes, termination cans, termination strips, Herman-Miller inserts, punchdown blocks, mud rings and building penetrations unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. • LV Contractor to relocate all existing building terminations in closet located in laundry room. County / CenturyLink (Lumen) / Comcast / etc. • LV Contractor to procure and install data racks, wire management and cable trays in MDF. • Each LV outlet designated on floor plans is (2) data cables and (1) voice cable unless otherwise specified. Use 4 port faceplates and provide blank for unused port. • All cable plenum unless otherwise noted. • LV faceplate color to match electrical faceplate color. • Data cable - Cat6 blue jacket. Patch panels, faceplates and jacks will be CommScope/AMP equipment. RJ45’s at wall / cubicle side shall be orange in color. • LV Contractor to supply, install, and terminate Cat6 patch panels as required. CommScope/AMP.
