A firm must have the ability to assemble and implement a detailed construction plan that will effectively meet the disinfection needs of the wastewater treatment facility. The project will include the preparation of supporting documentation, seeking and obtaining permits and approvals, design, and preparation of plans, specifications, and bidding documentation which follow City of La Crosse standards.
