Construction Specifications: • All items of work shall be referenced to the “Commonwealth of Massachusetts Highway Department Standard Specifications for Highways and Bridges”, dated 2024, and shall include all subsequent revisions. • Items that shall be considered incidental to the contract include, but are not limited to: o Mobilization/Demobilization o Temporary Traffic Control o Maintenance and Movement of Temporary Traffic Control Devices o Clearing & Grubbing o Sawcutting o Asphalt Emulsion for Tack Coat o Adjusting of Sidewalk Curb Stop Boxes o Keyway milling for sidewalk/driveway overlays o Concrete for Curb Lock o Detectable Warning Panels o Monolithic Bituminous Berm o Temporary Pavement Markings o Erosion Control o As-builts o All other work that is necessary to complete the work not listed as specific items
