1. The boiler to be replaced is Boiler Tag B-02 located at the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown. 2. Provide lockout and tag out of affected mechanical and electrical system. 3. Provide all trucking and rigging as required to complete the following items of work. 4. Boiler B-01 shall remain operational during the replacement process. 5. Demolition Boiler B-02: Provide labor and materials to complete the following: Disconnect heating hot water supply, heating hot water return, natural gas, vents, and drains as required for removal of the existing hot water boiler. Existing natural gas regulator shall remain and be reused. 6. Demo existing 8” CPVC flue vent as required for reconnection. 7. Demo existing 8” PVC combustion air as required for reconnection. 8. Disconnect electrical power wiring to the existing boiler. 9. Removal and disposal of one (1) existing heating hot water boilers. 10. The housekeeping pad shall remain and be reused.
