It is the intent of the Horry County Schools Office of Procurement to solicit offers from qualified vendors to provide Locker Painting, Repair, Refinishing and Replacement services for the schools within the District in accordance with all requirements stated herein. These specifications cover professional services to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, training, technical support, supplies and equipment necessary to provide the services requested. Prior to application of paint, all rusted areas shall be thoroughly sanded, solvent cleaned, and primed with the following primer: A.
