The requested retrofit shall include mast installation, camera system, multi-person workstation(s), interior heating and cooling, countertops and cabinets, 5G Network capabilities, interior and exterior lighting, generator, electrical outlets and stabilization installation and/or improvements. • Vendor shall be responsible for electrical upgrades to ensure proper functionality and capabilities of all equipment, lighting, and functions required. • Camera(s) must be Axis Communications cameras. • Camera(s) is to integrate into an existing Genetec VMS. • Vendor is responsible for acquisitioning of any, and all, required Genetec licensing. • All wiring should include a wire management system. • The City of Worcester shall be responsible for acquiring and installing desktop computers at workstations. Vendor shall be responsible for installing monitor mounting hardware at workstations. • Vendor is responsible for removing old, exterior decals and installation of new decals. Decal design TBD and must be approved by Department of Emergency Communications and Management prior to installation. • Installation must meet all federal, state, and local codes and regulations.
