This project consists of grading for a new t-ball field, installing a ballfield perimeter fence, installing concrete pads for dugouts and bleachers, removal of trees where needed, removing sections of an existing walking path, and reconnecting with a new walking path on the north side of the drainage ditch. The contractor should follow plans made by Kimely-Horn. The contractor is responsible for all utilities located in the area of work and for those that may be affected by the construction. Coordination with any utility company may be required. All construction materials shall be removed and properly disposed of in accordance with State and local regulations within the time limits of the project. Removal and hauling away of all construction debris including unsuitable soils shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. Material/Density testing will be performed at the request of the Owner. Testing will be paid by invoice.
