The project consists of the replacement of three existing pumps / motors and associated control panel at the Brushy Creek Pump Station. Also included is the replacement of existing suction / discharge valves, a comminutor, and a surge relief valve, installation of a new electrical generator and transfer switch, electrical improvements, miscellaneous building improvements, installation of a geomembrane wetwell cover, site work, bypass pumping, approximately 441 LF of 16-inch forcemain replacement, and other associated work tasks required for a complete and proper installation. Several alternative bid items will be included with this project as follows: • A-1 – Ozone Odor Control System • A-2 – Vortex Flow Insert • A-3 – Magnetic Flow Meter • A-4 – Wetwell Rehabilitation and Coating
