**The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Washington County Water Conservancy District Separate sealed bids (hard copies) for the Quail Creek Water Treatment Plant 90 mgd Expansion and Ozone Addition – Phase 2 (Project) will be received by Washington County Water Conservancy District at its office at 533 East Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah 84770, until no later than 11:00 AM, Thursday March 27, 2025. At that time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of demolition of the existing pretreatment basins and floc/sed basins, and demolition, replacement, and installation of large diameter piping/piping appurtenances as outlined in the Contract Documents. The Project also includes bid alternates for demolition of the existing East and West waste backwash water drying beds, construction of three new concrete-lined waste backwash water drying beds, large diameter welded steel finished water piping, and construction of a new detention basin for stormwater, plant drains, and overflows. All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal.
