1. Deliver project plan to identified AOE staff describing, at a minimum, meeting schedules, key deliverables, and milestones (including the monthly progress monitoring reports including survey completion and contact attempts, and the final summary report) person(s) responsible, and timeline for delivery. 2. Ensure a two-week review period before deploying any document or communication with identified respondents. 3. Ensure information from the survey instrument can be disaggregated and compiled using multiple metrics such as region. 4. Develop and deploy a survey instrument that provides, at minimum, the following data elements: a. The percent and number of respondents enrolled in higher education within one year of leaving high school. b. The percent and number of respondents competitively employed (but not enrolled in higher education) within one year of leaving high school. c. The percent and number of respondents enrolled in some other post-secondary education or training program within one year of leaving high school (but not enrolled in higher education or competitively employed). d. The percent and number of respondents competitively employed within one year of leaving high school, but not enrolled in higher education. e. The percent and number of respondents enrolled in some other post-secondary education or training program within one year of leaving high school, but not enrolled in higher education or competitively employed. f. The number of respondents in some other employment within one year of leaving high school but not enrolled in higher education, some other post-secondary education or training program, or competitively employed. g. Non-response bias for under-/over-represented demographic groups and the differences in outcomes for those over/underrepresented groups. h. Response rates disaggregated by method of response (phone, mail, QR code) 5. Utilize AOE templates and branding as appropriate on all surveys, cover letters, mailing envelopes. AOE will provide links to templates and logo files as needed. 6. Administer survey by phone, mail, or electronic means to list of intended recipients that will be provided by AOE staff. 7. Develop and deploy process for escalating response attempts. 8. Deliver survey results in a report to AOE staff by the due date.
