Existing unit is 3 ton heat pump packaged precedent unitary rooftop M/N WSK036A3SOG ** H0C0A103A. 3.1.1.2 Must be Standard Efficiency with electric heat. 3.1.1.3 Must be three (3) ton and utilize R-32 or R-454B Refrigerant. 3.1.1.4 Must be 208/230/3 with 18KW heat 3.1.1.5 Must be symbio 700 bacnet controller, with air-fi wireless communication, economizer. 3.1.1.6 Must be comparative enthalpy with barometric relief. 3.1.1.7 Must have hinged access panels with 2-inch merv8 filters. 3.1.1.8 Must have non fused disconnect switch. 3.1.1.9 Must have modulating hot gas reheat (hgrh) humidity control 3.1.1.10 The new unit must be connected to and operate with Trane Ensemble. 3.1.1.11Vendor will be responsible for delivery of new equipment, crane for removal and setting of new equipment.
