• Phase I – Survey and Design Phase; Consultant will conduct assessment of existing intake screen, fishway, and diversion dam: − Report assessment findings to ODFW − Design replacement plans for Intake Screen, Fishway and Diversion Dam − Design to include all topographic survey information for the project and a geotechnical investigation of the project area − Assist with permitting, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations • Phase II – Construction consultant − Assist ODFW with bidding process for construction by attending pre-bid meetings and answering questions during bidding process − Assist ODFW with construction oversight, including regular conducting site visits, answering requests for information (RFIs), reviewing submittals, and determining solutions for construction issues that may arise − Assist with plans and drawings, to include any amendments or changes during construction
