The city solicits interest from consultants who wish to be evaluated and considered to provide engineering services including but not limited to fulfilling engineering and planning requirements for application of grants and the development of the City’s portion of the Premier Sports and Recreation Complex. Firms or teams with experience providing civil engineering, landscape architecture, park design, water and wastewater infrastructure design, stormwater engineering, wetland assessment and management, green infrastructure and low impact design, site lighting and electrical design, and architectural design services, including part or all but not limited to the following capabilities: preliminary engineering and design engineering phases; project administration and management; preparation of documentation for environmental permits; surveying and mapping; geotechnical engineering; creation of documents and provision of support for public outreach; creation of plans, specifications, and estimates; and construction engineering and inspection support. Proposals must be made on the basis of an either meet or exceed the requirements contained herein. All Proposers must be able to provide professional architectural, civil, and other specialty engineering services to aid in the design of the city-led development projects as public assets integrated with the Premier Sports and Recreation Complex located at 9391 Crestwyn Hills Drive, Germantown, Tennessee. Specialists may include civil, structural, mechanical, instrumentation and electrical engineers, estimating services, interior and exterior design, traffic, cafeteria, acoustical consultants, and others as needed to fulfill the requirements of the project.
