The Offeror will implement a culturally responsive community engagement strategy through meetings, forums, and focus groups tailored to Hispanic/Latinx individuals regarding STIs. This approach will involve partnering with trusted community leaders, utilizing culturally relevant messaging, and ensuring accessible meeting locations. Engagement efforts will prioritize reducing stigma, connecting individuals to resources, and improving health outcomes through facilitated discussions, resource navigation, and STI prevention education. Payment milestones will align with key deliverables, including event completion and participant engagement metrics. The Offeror must provide a detailed summary of proposed activities, payment milestones, and justifications. If additional space is needed, a summary of activities and plans may be attached.
