Provide bicycle-related services, which could include repairs, supplies, and rentals focusing on repairs. The expectation is that the vendor(s) will have a regular schedule on-site, with an emphasis on providing service on weekends. Vendor(s) will need to either post the hours of operation on-site or on a website at least one week in advance. Any change to the schedule within a week must be notified to the main office for Burlington Parks, Recreation & Waterfront. All improvements to the space must be temporary and removable at the end of the season. If any structure remains up for thirty days or more, a building and zoning permit must be obtained. The City will assist with the permit, but the vendor will be responsible for all associated costs.
