The Scope of Services includes but is not limited to repairing and maintaining the following: A. Public Works (Horizontal) Site-Related Repair Work 1. General Contracting: Includes repairs and maintenance with a broader scope than the specific trades listed below; may include supervision of subtrades. May also include cleanup and removal of debris, equipment repair, and setting up traffic/site barriers 2. Roadways: Repairs and maintenance may be needed for roadways, sidewalks, curbs and gutters. Could include grading, trenching, asphalt paving, excavation, pothole repairs, and sinkhole repairs. May require new reinforced concrete slabs or application of concrete parge coat, epoxy and other coatings 3. Utilities: Clearing blockages, repairs, and rebuilding for manholes, catch basins, and storm drain utilities. May also include installation and repair of landscaping/irrigation systems and of light pole bases/foundations. 4. Masonry: Such as concrete, brick, stone and other related masonry elements 5. Fencing: Repair or replacement 6. Painting: Including street print patterns, traffic lane striping 7. Marine Infrastructure: Replace bollards, repair timber boardwalks, fill small sinkholes, and make other repairs as needed
