Develop a strategic plan to serve as a guiding document for achieving the CJC’s mission of maximizing justice, equity, and the safety of the public. The vendor will work with CJC members to identify the most important policy goals and priorities for the council, and establish a clear, actionable plan to pursue those priorities. The Community Justice Council restarted in January 2025 after an 18-month hiatus, and this strategic plan will help shape the actions of the CJC for the time frame 2025-2027. The strategic plan must be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound. The strategic plan, and subsequent action plan, shall be shared at future CJC meetings, and communicated to the Dane County public.
