To resurface nine (9) outdoor tennis courts in Burns Park, North Little Rock. 5.9 Pressure wash courts with a 4,000 psi pressure washer to remove dirt, dust, mildew, and, etc. 5.10 Clean out all cracks and fill all cracks wider than one-fourth (1/4) inch with patch binder crack filler. All cracks less than one-fourth (1/4) inch in width will be filled with combination crack filler. Remove and loosen old coating and patch the area. 5.11 Flood courts, mark birdbaths and repair as per United States Court and Track Builder Association’s Specifications. 5.12 Prime all patches with one (1) coat of textured acrylic resurfacer. 5.13 Apply one (1) coat of World Class Athletic Surfaces, Laykold Surfaces or approved equal, acrylic resurfacer as per manufacturer’s specifications. 5.14 Apply two (2) coats of World Class Athletic Surfaces, Laykold Surfaces or approved equal, color concentrate as per manufacturer’s specifications. Color to be blue interior and green exterior similar to US Open blue and green. 5.15 Apply two (2) coats of textured white line paint per USTA specifications, as well as paint blended 60 foot junior lines per USTA specifications. 5.16 Clean and repaint net posts as well as installing new nets per court. 5.17 Proper curing time will be allowed for each phase of work.
