Granite Street – Fern Street to Hillsdale Street • Proposed dimensions: 1,250’ x 28’ • Install/Replace 12”, 15” & 24” storm drain pipe shown on plans • Remove 60’ of existing storm drain pipe. • Remove old brick catch basins and replace with new. • Install new drainage infrastructure shown on plans. • Reset existing catch basins/manholes to finish grade. • Install 6” UD where instructed. • Box cut the road for typical installation of 15” – Type D, 3” – Type A, 2” 12.5mm base, and 1.5” 9.5mm surface. • Box cut sidewalk for typical installation of 12”- Type A, 2” 9.5mm surface. • Box cut sidewalks through typical driveway aprons for installation of 12”- Type A, 2” 12.5mm base and 1” 9.5mm surface. • Butt joints shall be constructed at intersections and affected driveways. • Match driveway aprons. 12” Type A gravel, 2” 12.5mm HMA base, 1” 9.5mm HMA surface • Install new curbing throughout the project limits. • Install pedestrian detectable warning surfaces and paint high visibility crosswalks. • Loam, seed and mulch disturbed grass areas and as directed; Davis Avenue – Lake Street to End • Proposed dimensions: 1,215’ x 24’& 32’ • The Granite Street to dead end section will maintain the existing 24’ width and be super elevated as shown on plans. • Reset existing catch basins/manholes to finish grade. • Install new drainage infrastructure shown on plans. • Install 6” UD where instructed. • Box cut the road for typical installation of 15” – Type D, 3” – Type A, 2” 12.5mm base, and 1.5” 9.5mm surface. • Box cut sidewalk for typical installation of 12”- Type A, 2” 9.5mm surface. • Box cut sidewalks through typical driveway aprons for installation of 12”- Type A, 2” 12.5mm base and 1” 9.5mm surface. • Butt joints shall be constructed at intersections and affected driveways. • Install new curbing throughout the project limits.
