The objective of this RFP is to identify, procure, and implement a modern, costeffective recreation management solution that meets the needs of Provo Parks and Recreation. The system should be scalable, user-friendly, and capable of supporting key functions such as activity/class/event registration, facility reservations, membership management, and financial tracking. 1. Provide a cost-effective, multi-purpose solution for the replacement of our current software. 2. Replace current solution in a timely manner to meet the required deadline. 3. Ensure minimal disruption to operations during the transition. 4. Migrate data from existing solution into new system. 5. Implement the new software with user training and system integrations
