The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to obtain a fully functional Project Management software system (Cloud, Mobile, desktop capable) tracking work through portfolios, projects, tasks, and assignments with detailed information and attachments, and linking the work to organizational goals. The platform should allow for work to be communicated collaboratively through a variety of ways back to licensed users working in the software on behalf of Weber State University. The University is examining several alternatives of providing this product and/or service and may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement.
