Component 1 – Impound Lot 1. Create 160 foot long X 75 foot wide - 12,000 square foot pad for storing impounded vehicles. a. Remove approximately 1,700 CY of overburden. b. Prepare suitable subgrade to support final pad and the intended uses to occur on said pad. c. Establish a final grade that is comprised of compacted D1 or other appropriate aggregate most suitable for expected use. Final grade to match existing adjacent grade and drainage. 2. Install approximately 410 feet of perimeter chain-link fence, with two double swing vehicle access gates, around finished pad. a. Approximately410 linier feet of min. 8 foot tall uncoated, galvanized chain-link fence. b. Three strand barbed wire or razor wire security topping (provide cost for either option in your proposal) c. Two (2) double swing vehicle access gates with ability to be accept and be secured by pad locks. (see site plan for approximate locations) 3. Install security camera system. a. Sufficient number of cameras to provide coverage of lot. b. Same or similar to “Dome Cameras” model “CD62-E Outdoor” i. 4K quality ii. Zoom lens 3x Optical and Digital zoom c. Must withstand temperature and weather extremes of Cordova (cold and wet) d. 30 days play back storage capacity
