The City of Quincy, acting through the Thomas Crane Public Library, is soliciting proposals for a qualified vendor to assist with securing a robust and reliable network infrastructure which provides patrons and staff with the best possible network connections and communications. The new infrastructure should incorporate connections to our branch offices with a minimal need for system reconfiguration within the accepted and expected lifecycle of the hardware. The Thomas Crane Public Library (TCPL) is the public library system serving the City of Quincy, Massachusetts. TCPL is a busy urban public library system consisting of four separate library branches/ locations across the City. There are two (2) members of the Library IT department: a Technology Director and a Senior IT Assistant.
