Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Columbia County Fair Board is seeking an exclusive provider of the alcohol concessions at the Columbia County Fair and Rodeo. The vendor must provide the OLCC license for the facility as well as all their own personnel, equipment and tents, follow all local, state and federal laws and licenses, set up and tear down of their equipment at all events, maintain and provide their own POS system, meet insurance requirements, signage, alcohol monitors, and work with the Fair Board to build sponsorships for the fair In addition, the vendor will work with Fair Board and event promoters to safely and responsibly provide alcohol service at the annual Fair. Vendor will also work with the Fair Board to market services the vendor can provide in attempts to attract new and different business to the facility. Vendor will provide their own marketing materials and supplies to do so.
