The consultant may be requested to perform professional engineering services pertaining to traffic signal and roadway lighting design, including, but not limited to: a) Traffic engineering design b) Traffic signal design c) Intersection control beacon design d) Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB) design e) Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) design f) School zone traffic signal design g) Traffic signal timing plans including intersection and corridor optimization h) Traffic signal warrant, capacity, and safety analyses i) International Municipal Signal Association (IMSA) Traffic Signal Field Technician (Level 2) Certification j) Roadway lighting design k) Roadway lighting analyses including warrant analyses l) Photometric analyses software (AGI32) m) Photometric layouts n) Surveying, roadway, drainage, and earthwork design o) Geotechnical analyses and design including collecting soil borings p) Data collection including traffic counts q) Site and field reviews r) ROW and construction submittal checklists s) Interchange, intersection, and roadway corridor improvements t) Traffic signing and pavement marking design u) Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) design including the Work Zone Significance Determination (WZSD) and Transportation Management Plan (TMP) forms v) ITS & Transportation Systems Management & Operations (TSM&O) design w) System engineering analyses and feasibility studies x) Construction quantities takeoffs and cost estimates y) Letting, post-letting, construction, shop drawing, and maintenance reviews z) Construction Engineering Inspections (CEI)
