The Town of Stoughton is seeking qualifications from Architectural Firms to provide the on call and emergency services of House Doctor. The house doctor program is intended to provide a pool of pre-qualified designers to respond to requests to perform "on-call" or "as-needed" design services to maintain or improve public facilities over the contractual period. The services may include but are not limited to inspections, feasibility and other studies, surveys, cost estimates, preparation of drawings, plans and specifications, final design services, project management and construction administration services for maintenance, repairs, renovation/replacement, alteration, modernization or additions to various facilities or sites on as as-needed basis including emergency services.
