A. Contractor shall make evaluation of existing conditions. B. Contractor shall quantify all major and minor curb deficiencies for all phases during the pre-bid job walk. C. Contractor shall perform a closeout walkthrough with Amtrak Project Manager in person. D. Contractor shall provide Amtrak proper instruction on operation, product information inclusive of warranties, and all other necessary information pertaining to maintenance and care. E. Contractor shall haul away and dispose of all removed materials appropriately off-site. F. Contractor shall participate in recurrent project update calls, time and duration at Amtrak duration, after Notice-to-Proceed is issued by Procurement. G. Contractor shall verify lot dimensions and scope of work during a scheduled in-person pre-bid job walk at Omaha Station. H. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary information to generate proposal that meets scope, maintains compliance, and conforms with applicable local, state, federal, and industry rules and regulations. At a minimum, new lot improvements shall comply and meet NDOT requirements, DOTAS requirements, and applicable rules, regulations. I. Contractor shall be licensed to perform work in the State of Nebraska, as applicable. Contractor shall obtain permits as necessary and include these costs into the cost proposal. J. Contractor shall schedule, manage, and perform all locate work. Contractor shall be responsible to complete locate work prior to the start of any physical work.
