The successful consultant(s) shall provide the following services: Material testing and inspections services include, but are not limited to, site inspections and, technical testing services such as: independent materials testing and inspection of construction materials; soils, including compaction testing, sieve and proctor tests, aggregate; asphaltic concrete; cast-in-place concrete; pre-cast concrete; pre-cast joints/connections and cracks; masonry, mortar, grout; steel inspections, including structural steel, reinforcing steel, bolted connections and structural joint connections, metal decking, joists, light gage metal framing and miscellaneous metal fabrication; welding and welded fabrications, structural masonry and steel decking, exterior walls; fireproofing and firestopping; air and vapor barriers; curtain wall and windows, nondestructive testing, epoxy grouted dowels, anchors and hold-downs, and roofing as they relate to building construction projects, building renovation repairs and upgrades, site and infrastructure improvements, landscape improvements.
