Byers Water and Sanitation District is responsible for domestic water and sanitary sewer in the unincorporated town of Byers, County of Arapaho, State of Colorado. BWSD is soliciting applications for bidder prequalification for the purpose of obtaining a qualified contractor for the design and construction of a wastewater treatment plant with the potential to include an effluent reuse and storage system. The objective of the project is to treat wastewater to a high-quality standard that allows for safe and sustainable reuse of effluent water to irrigate parks and open space and sell water for construction. Only applicants who have been prequalified in accordance with this RFQ will be allowed to submit or negotiate a bid for this contract. Any bid or solicitation received from those who have not been prequalified will not be opened.
