A. The intent of this Agreement is for the Contractor to provide weekly landscaping services for the EDD facility located at the above-referenced address in accordance with these Specifications. B. The Contractor will be expected to provide any or all of the following during the term of this Agreement: • Inspections pertaining to repair work orders. • Consultation/planning on the best method to achieve the intended result. • Weeding (which shall include keeping all unpaved surfaces of the grounds free of Bermuda grass, weeds, and volunteers). • Fertilizing, pruning, and cultivating as necessary to keep all plants, grass and trees in a healthy, growing condition. • Keeping all planted areas neat, attractive, and free of trash and debris. • Removal of all weeds growing through cracks in sidewalks and the parking lot. • Repairs normally not exceeding two workdays per task. • Identify and report to the EDD Representative any safety hazard, faulty equipment, or other conditions encountered during the course of the work at the EDD office which the Contractor determines needing repair or replacement. • The Contractor shall comply with all state, EDD, and local office policies and procedures while on the premises.
