This contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total price listed on the Price Summary Form. In addition to the costs listed on this Form, the Operator will pay for costs listed on Exhibit #4. The City will issue the Operator a Purchase Order for the total amount of these costs. The Operator shall submit a monthly invoice to the City so that it can be reimbursed by the City for these costs. This scope of services describes the parking garage management services that the successful bidder must provide. The successful bidder must provide all of the goods and services listed below.
