1. Compilation and analysis of existing site data. 2. Identification of remedial investigation and feasibility study gaps. 3. Operation, maintenance and reporting of the existing sub-slab depressurization system. 4. Worker exposure assessment and associated industrial hygiene services. 5. Determine the extent of Liquid Non-Aqueous Phase Liquid (LNAPL),and measure physical properties of associated porous media (e.g. grain-size distribution, porosity, permeability, air/water/LNAPL content. 6. Chemical and physical LNAPL characterization (nature of product, degree of weathering, physical characteristics (e.g. density, viscosity, surface tension, interfacial tension). 7. Develop technically defensible LNAPL recovery endpoints. 8. Analysis and proposal of points of compliance for groundwater, soil, surface water and sediments. 9. Proposed site cleanup standards for all COC’s in applicable media. 10.Analysis of appropriate institutional controls for the site. 11.Prepare workplans and draft and final remedial investigation and feasibility study reports and other deliverables following Ecology requirements. 12.Forensic investigations to determine the origin(s) of remnant contamination. 13. Development of draft and final Cleanup Action Plans compatible with existing land use following Ecology requirements. 14.Assist the Port with agency negotiations and permitting actions. 15.Prepare plans, specifications and engineering level cost estimates as necessary to support the project. Assist with contractor selection if requested.
