The selected consultant will conduct a thorough review of our current structure, workflows, and service delivery model and provide strategic recommendations for a more effective, integrated approach. 3.1 Assessment Phase • Conduct a comprehensive review of current roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures across PowerSchool & Student Data Management, Educational Technology, and IT/Network Services. • Identify overlaps, gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improved alignment. • Evaluate workflows, communication protocols, and decision-making processes within and between these areas. • Conduct stakeholder interviews with key personnel to gather insights and understand challenges. • Benchmark the agency’s structure and practices against best practices in similar organizations. 3.2 Recommendations Phase • Provide a strategic plan for organizational alignment, including a proposed organizational structure with clear reporting lines and responsibilities. • Define key roles, functions, and accountability measures to improve efficiency and service delivery. • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and technology integration to enhance operational effectiveness. • Develop a phased implementation plan, outlining short-term and long-term steps for transitioning to the recommended model. • Provide change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for staff and stakeholders.
