The Contract includes, but is not limited to: 1. Installation of VCT/LVT floor tiles, cove base, mastic, etc., in various rooms of occupied and unoccupied apartments and/or office areas. a. Unoccupied units are Type #0 through Type #7. b. Occupied units are Type #8 and #9. 2. WHA shall provide materials: a. VCT Tile: Armstrong Standard Excelon VCT #51380 "Cottage Tan" – 12 in. by 12 in. b. LVT TILE: 6” by 48”, 2.5mm/20Mil Glue down LVT. c. Cove Base: Johnsonite #45 "Sandalwood" or “Silver Gray”: i. 4-inch vinyl cove base at kitchen cabinets ii. 6-inch vinyl cove base at walls Please be advised that the WHA will not supply adhesives, that responsibility rests with the contractor. 3. Vendor responsible for floor preparation, including skim coating. 4. When necessary, WHA will arrange for the removal of previous flooring before installation. 5. Work to commence within 3 calendar days of WHA notification, completed within 3 calendar days from the start date. The Contractor will not be required to complete more than 3 units in a 3-day period.
