Scope of Work A. Furnish and install windows, trim and casings, glass door, and frame in the color black as depicted in Attachment B for the Timeless Beauty Business at 16 Hamilton Street. B. Clean, prime and paint, using colors selected by the property owner/applicant as follows: 1. The front and side upper sections of the M&S Smoke Shop/14 Hamilton St portion of the building beginning immediately above the business signage to walls, shutters, trim, and soffit. The lower portion of the front and side of 14 Hamilton Street/M&S Smoke Shop —from the shop sign and below—is not included in the scope of work. 2. The remainder of the building inclusive of walls, trim, casement, shutters, and soffit. C. Furnish, install and make operational two cassettes and awnings to match façade and furnish install and make operational goose neck lights to illuminate signage above awning for the Timeless Beauty Business at 16 Hamilton Street. We will entertain bids for both electrical and standards/non-electrical awning versions. Currently, there is no electrical system in place to operate the awning or lights.
