The following is a list of typical tasks that the Contractor must be able to perform under this contract. This is not intended to be an all-inclusive list. Perform routine scheduled maintenance, including seasonal start-ups and end-of-season decommissioning, and emergency service and repairs on all major makes and models of HVAC equipment regardless of size and complexity. Recharge air conditioning units with refrigeration gas (es) pursuant to all applicable codes and laws. Install, repair, adjust, and replace (etc.) boilers, condensers, chillers, heat exchanges, zone valves, piping, duct work, controls, and other HVAC components. Troubleshoot and recommend most efficient solutions for HVAC problems. Program and operate computer-based HVAC control systems.
