Scope of Work: This project involves remedial roof/gutter repairs for Concord Museum • Clean gutters on both sides of shingle roof of any debris. • Inspect all gutter joints and re-seal. • Fabricate and install new leaf guard in the gutter using 20 ga. stainless steel perforated metal with 1 /8" holes for drainage. • Remove and re-install any cracked or missing slate in area of leak. estimated to be 125 new slates. The color of the new slate matches the existing slate as close as possible based on suppliers’ stock colors. • Inspect low sloped roof for voids in field seams, any holes in membrane, and flashings of all penetrations and rising walls. Repair as necessary. Installation time frame will be scheduled between the hours of 8am – 5pm. Coordinate installation date/s with the MA ARNG Concord project officer. This is a two-story building, located in the neighborhood. Roof material will be of a commercial grade to meet the representative specification sheet attached for size, finish, and quantity. Substitutions of like items of equal of greater quality acceptable based on vendor availability. The required delivery and installation are not to exceed 120 days from the contract award.
