The goal of this project is to improve audio quality and clarity during events and may include replacement of existing hardware, reconfiguration of existing hardware and/or additional hardware that integrates with existing audio systems. Required hardware includes a locking audio cabinet for control equipment, two wireless microphones with receivers and hardware and cabling for aux and bluetooth input and main volume control that is accessible from the edge of the bleachers without requiring access to the control cabinet, and a permanently mounted retractable projector screen with motorized extend/retract controls on the ground floor level. The gymnasium floor is accessible only by stairwell and cannot accommodate equipment such as a scissor or boom lift. If access to the wiring and speakers located along the ceiling support beams is required during this project, scaffolding must be furnished by the bidder. West Grand School District will only consider bids from applicants who have toured the project site in person. Bids must include the total price for all hardware and total price for installation service.
