Complete replacement and upgrade of all existing A/V and lighting equipment in the Auditorium at West Grand High School located at 208 12th St, Kremmling, CO. Auditorium is approximately 6,000 square feet and seats 500 audience members. Existing A/V and lighting equipment is installed along raised catwalk structures and is controlled from a sound booth. The goal of the project is to replace all existing speakers, wiring, stage lighting and audio control hardware. New hardware should include an audio control board with aux, xlr and bluetooth input capabilities, with enough output ports to support all new speakers. At least two wireless microphones with receivers should be included and integrated with the new system. A new ceiling mounted projector that is sized correctly for the space, ideally one with wireless video capability, and if not, cabling should be included that allows for one HDMI input located on the floor of the stage, and one HDMI input located in the control booth. All stage light fixtures and control elements such as switches and boards must conform to modern safety standards, this project does not include existing recessed ceiling lights, or existing emergency lighting. Bid must include total price for all hardware and total price for installation service, if disposal of construction and e-waste resulting from removal of old equipment is not included in the total price for installation service, bid should also include full price for waste disposal or recycling.
