Project Description: Replace roofing including new roof membrane, insulation, copings, adjustments to roof curbs, and all required related work. Designer Scope: Remove and replace the roofs of DJRC Boiler building, Administration building standing seam, and west half of Annex 3 building; DSNF buildings 2A, 12, and standing seam of 3; RMSI buildings 3A, 8, 12, and 14. Evaluate the current conditions of the roofs including insulation, copings, roof top units, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning curbs, connections, penetrations, and drains. From these evaluations providing architectural, structural, and civil designs and details accordingly for accurate and comprehensive bidding and execution of the project. As stated in the designers manual, the roof system(s) will comply with the State of Tennessee standard roof warranty.
