In general, the work consists of installation of rigid insulation between the existing standing seams, gypsum coverboard, and PVC membrane induction welded to mechanical fasteners. Roof-related sheet metal shall be modified or replaced with new as necessary. Damaged sheet metal wall panels shall be replaced in-kind. All exterior doors shall be refurbished by stripping, priming and painting. Weather stripping shall be replaced at man doors and overhead doors, and sealant shall be replaced around window and door frames to rough opening. Removal of existing canopy roof on north elevation and installation of new canopy roof shall occur. Approximately 40% of the under-roof-deck insulation shall be replaced as specified.
