The City of Everett seeks a supplier to complete vibration testing, impeller balancing, and motor and pump balancing on vertical turbine, horizontal centrifugal, and horizontal split case pumps located at the City Water Filtration Plant (WFP), Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF). Services will be completed onsite and at the awarded suppliers’ facility. Vibration testing must occur at least annually for any balanced motor above 50hp. Vibration testing will also be needed when motors are serviced and when new installations are being installed. Vibration testing must include resonance frequency identification. Motor balancing services will be requested on an as-needed basis after the city plants' new pump installations, pump rebuilds, or major motor maintenance are completed.
