1. Generate computerized cohort survival pupil population projections for each school, as well as for the entire district for the next 3, 5, and 10 years. 2. Finalize school-by-school, area, and district-wide student population projections based on collected data (including 3, 5 and 10-year trends). 3. Review any pertinent information that would contribute to the demographic study including previously completed studies of the district. 4. Identify matriculation patterns for each high school. 5. Provide recommendations on the efficient use of school facilities to include grade configurations and possible program placement. Consider enrollment, perceived capacity and objectively determined capacity for each site. 6. Provide recommendations on when and where new capacity may be needed to include additional school site selection recommendations that meet OSF requirements. 7. Provide recommendations and options concerning school attendance boundaries. 8. Other data or recommendations that might contribute to the final product include the impact of other school options not a part of Lexington County School District Two. 9. Collaborate with the facilities study firm to produce recommendations. This will include any consulting work after the demographic study is complete. 10. Review projections with school, district-level personnel and school board.
