1. Mandatory Ability for the Customer to access the service on their own secure internet connected device (mobile or desktop) selecting a website link. No application or download requirements for Customers. 2. Mandatory Platform must allow for full Webbased access and include cloudbased storage provided by the Vendor. 3. Mandatory The System must log and exhibit an audit trail. This recorded information should encompass user logins, and the date and time of modifications made to specifications. 4. Mandatory System must be able to accept and manage a variety of file types minimally including MSWord Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs, JPEG, MSG (Outlook) and must support new versions of those programs within a reasonable time from their releases. 5. Mandatory The system must support concurrent collaboration by multiple users on identical or similar templates, providing notifications to other users regarding ongoing modifications, while ensuring that the latest and pertinent changes take priority to minimize disruption to collaborative work.
