The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment, insurance, and bonding necessary, but not limited to completing the Sandy City Monroe Phase VI - South Segment Project which consists of building a 71 foot wide, back of curb to back of curb, roadway including drainage, utilities, lighting, sidewalk, and landscaping from 9400 South to the end of construction of Monroe Phase VI - North Segment. The work includes removal of existing parking facilities, reconstruction of underground storm water storage system, clearing, grubbing, new utility placement (water and storm drain), utility cover reconstructions, concrete work, and landscaping. All these items are described further in the project plans and specifications.
