Onsite demolition work will be required to remove and relocate an existing 40’ x 24’ modular classroom and a 40’ x 8’ storage container to make the site ready for the new proposed site improvements. Demolition of asphalt pavement will be required in order to install the new concrete ramps that will be giving access to the new 40’ x 48’ modular building. Demolition of existing palm trees, landscape area, concrete pavement, concrete curb and asphalt pavement will be required in order to install the relocated 40’ x 24’ modular building. During demolition, all existing underground utilities such as water, sewer, electrical and storm drains shall be protected in place. A new 40’x48’ modular building will be installed adjacent to the existing 40’ x 24’ modular building. Three concrete ramps will need to be installed in order to provide ADA compliant access to the two doors of the new modular building. One ramp to get to a midlanding and then two ramps leading to each door with a corresponding landing at each door.
